IMF Downgrades US GDP To 1.6% For 2016 (Lower Than EU And UK)

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has lowered their forecast of US GDP for 2016 to … 1.6%. The US is now expected to have lower growth than the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Despite the reduced forecasts for US GDP growth, the S&P 500 index keeps on rising.
